Independent and unbiased, Tim has drawn on many years of business, personal, and advisory experience to help individuals, families, professionals and business owners develop financial plans that suit their individual circumstances.
Prior to entering the wealth management industry, Tim enjoyed a successful business career, having served as President of Carlton Cards Retail, President of Laura Secord and Vice President of Van Houtte Coffee Services. He later joined RBC Dominion Securities as an Investment Advisor. Tim has also taught business strategy, marketing, professional selling, insurance, investments, and personal financial planning to under-graduate and post-graduate students at Humber College, Sheridan College and Ryerson University.
His passion for helping clients from Southern Georgian Bay to the Greater Toronto Area – and offering a personalized approach with a high degree of integrity – has provided his clients with clarity about their future and peace of mind.
Tim is licensed with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices, Derivatives, Life Insurance Qualification Program, Professional Financial Planning I and II, and the Exempt Market course. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA York University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Finance (University of Toronto).
Tim and his wife Debbie live in Collingwood, Ontario.
